I noticed a lot of people were viewing the comments on here but not too many were posting their experience. I think it is important for those who come to the site and really want to know how others like the product. Well, I tried it today and I must say I am very pleased with the results! I haven't had a perm in my hair for about 3 years and I was looking for a product that would help give me the permed looked once I wore it straight. I gave my ends a good cutting so my hair would be nice and even and my product arrived the other day so I thought it would be a great time to try. The dive smooth serium is a little sticky and it dripped some but not a big bother. I don't have long hair and it took me 1 hour to apply the smooth serium(I can't imagine applying to long hair). I let it sit for about 50 minutes because I was watching a program on t.v. Once I rinsed out I noticed my hair was extremely soft. Softer than after rinsing conditioner out. I shampooed and applied my conditioner(I use pantene). Once I rinsed conditioner out I applied the shea butter cream mixture that comes with the "celebrity" package. I applied to my scalp sparingly and to my hair. I blow dryed my hair and plugged in flat iron. I parted my hair in small sections and applied the coconut serium. It only takes a very small amount. 1/2 a drop. Once the flat iron hit each section it was magical! It is important to have a great flat iron. No cheapos.... My hair shined and bounced. It looked really great. Like I stepped out of the salon. And for the ladies that have long thick hair it will look gorgeous after using this product. I can tell that continued use will help with the over all health of natural hair as well. Your hair will not stay straight once humitidy, water or sweat hit it but they say you can just add a little of the coconut serium and its suppose to snap back. We'll see. I think I will start using the smooth serium every two weeks and then go to 4 once my hair gets really healthy..... Hope this helps everyone. I wish more people would post their experience as well!!! Good night!

I love the way my hair feels..softer and not shedding as much as before.I have very thick and long hair and hadn't received a chemical relaxer in 7 weeks before I tried diva style. I let my hair dresser at my salon apply Diva Smooth. The product was very very sticky when it was applied to my hair and it smelled like Teriyaki Sauce. My hair dresser had a very difficult time getting the Diva Smooth (hair smoothing agent) from the bottle. Perhaps a better designed contained would work better. I, then, put on a cap and let it set for 35 minutes. Then my hair was shampooed and conditioned. My hair was much softer than before. The hair serum was applied during the flat iron process. I am going through a transition process and I am letting the perm grow out of my hair. I have been looking for a product that would help minimize the hair breakage. The first day looks decent but my edges need a little help. I get my hair done each week. I don't think the smoothing agent is going to last very long.

I just received my kit and I LOVE LOVE LOVE this product!. I have thick coarse, colored and relaxed hair which had been dry and brittle from the chemicals. Even though I deep condition religiously, my ends were always dry and I had a lot of breakage. My hair felt hard, and lifeless.
I have not had a touch-up in eight weeks and after applying the DIVA SMOOTH, my hair was so soft and shiny with a lot of body. That was one of my complaints also with the relaxer NO BODY after about a week. The new growth is so smooth you can't tell where it is after you flat iron. I have a lot of shine and hardly any breakage when I comb it. And best of all my ends have so much moisture and shine. During the application process, I really concentrated on the ends before I put the cap on. It came out lovely. I am spreading the word to everyone I know because this a great NATURAL alternative to all hair solutions.
Thank You Diva Smooth

I have not tried this product. I am concern about the "secret" ingredient that is listed on your website. The only way to break down the hair shaft for curly hair is a chemical. I already use the oils and use natural products that are organic on my hair and it is not straight as you claim. So there has to be some type of chemical or somthing hidden in the "secret" ingredient that you are not showing. Can you show a label of everything that is listed in your products so that your customers can view it? Just because natural ingredients are used does not always mean it's good. When I shop, I read labels. If everything isn't listed like it's is required to be (FDA), besides natural or organic items, I hesitate to buy it.

The only ingredients not required to be listed is fragrance. We don't use synthetic fragrances, we use essential oil blends. Essential oils are plant and petal extracts used to scent products. Our scents are distinctive and therefore proprietary. Diva Smooth does not chemically alter your hair or render it straight upon application as evidenced by customers who were disappointed that the product did not act like a relaxer. Heat is the actual straightening element in this process.

I want to begin by saying that the Diva Smooth is awesome! I have tested the product in two of my daughters hair, both are naturally curly - one with tight curls and the other with loose curls! My daughter with the tight curls has had two applications of the Diva Smooth and it takes me 15-20 minutes to do her hair opposed to an 1 1/2 hours. Her hair is beautiful when straight or curly and it looks and feels so healthy. My daughter with the loose curls has only had one application of the product but I notice a tremendous improvement maintaining her curls! So for all of you naturally curly ladies out there that don't want to process your hair, but you still want to wear your hair straight or curly, THIS IS THE PRODUCT FOR YOU!

I once used this product called Freshlook bodiphier. It was suppose to be a natural relaxer. Well after using it twice, it was anything but, it made my hair dry and brittle and the main ingredients in it was petroluem jelly and mineral oil, that left a very film in my hair. Diva smooth is the best product on the market. If you want to come out of chemicals without cutting your hair, or doing anything drastic (unless you want to cut your hair), then this is the stuff for you. I have been using oils in my hair for several months now along with taking vitamins ans supplements for the hair..and those oils make a big difference, but the oils along with the Diva smooth really makes a huge difference..

I would love to know someone who has used it for a while...celebrity or not. Were you able to continue to wear your hair curly when you wanted and straight when you wanted? Is there any change in the hair texture or breakage? Do you have to continue to use it and if so, will it break your hair if you don't. I am sorry to be so skeptical but I come from the "RIO" generation who had very similar claims to be "all natural." I ended up having to wear a wig for six months because my hair fell out from the product! It was a huge lawsuit put out against them. There has to be some form of chemical in this product to reverse the curl. "Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me."

This product has pure honey and sugar, and ooive oil..TRUST ME! there is no chemical what soever in this product. Now what other realxaer can you use ,All over your hair, even the ends, everytime you retouch. You can't do that with a relaxer because you can'T "overlap" the hair. With this product there is no overlapping or over processing because the product IS 100% natural..There is absolutely no way you can get that with any other product out there. I have known people to use this product every 2 weeks...I wash and condition my hair 3 times a week. I use the oils (i make my own coconut oil, grapeseed and jojoba oil) everyday. This product really works. I will never go back to a relaxer or any other chemical. Its been 6 months.
