You apply the product every 4 weeks at ANY point in your grow-out process - meaning, you can apply it from the day you apply a perm to the point of needing to re-apply a perm (4-6 weeks out). There is no necessary waiting period to apply Diva Smooth. After initial application, Diva Smooth should be applied every 4 weeks.
