Shipping Policy
Your Products will be shipped 2-4 weeks from time of online ordering via UPS Ground.
ALL PURCHASES ARE SUBJECT TO BANK AUTHORIZATION PRIOR TO PROCESSING. ONLY AUTHORIZED PURCHASES WILL BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED. IF YOUR ORDER CANNOT BE PROCESSED, AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION WILL BE SENT.

Order Status
Tracking numbers are assigned to packages upon shipment and generally appear on our website along with your order information.

However, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is reflected on the carrier's tracking system. That means even though your package has already shipped and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more.

You can check your order status by logging on and checking your account found in My Account.

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with any Janelle Beauty product, it can be exchanged following its return within 30 days as follows:

Returns for Online Orders
1) Login and go to Review Past Orders in My Account section
2) Select the order that contains the product you want to return and click on RMA.
3) Select "Exchange Product" and in the Comment field specify which product you will be returning if not the entire order. Please include the price of the product you are returning
4) All product returns will result in a Gift Certificate being issued upon receipt of the original product. (Excluding shipping and handling charges).
5) Ship Products with RMA number attached (RMA number is generated once you follow the steps above) to Janelle Beauty at: 20A Northwest Blvd #151 Nashua, NH 03063

Return via Independent Janelle Consultants
Products purchased via your Independent Janelle Beauty Consultant can be exchanged following its return to your Consultant. If the Consultant is no longer active, products can be sent directly to the company with proof of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable and the Customer is responsible for shipping products back to the Consultant or Company.

NOTE: Please allow 21 days for us to receive your return and process your credit. Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation of your gift certificate. Please follow the instructions found in My Account to redeem your Gift Certificate.
