Shipping Policy

Most of our products are hand made at the time of order, products usually ship within 4 to 7 business days. Due to high demad ship times may vary. Our products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Order Status
Tracking numbers are assigned to packages upon shipment and an email will include Delivery Confirmation Number. Please email visit our order stats page if you have questions about Order Status.

Please note It may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is reflected on the carrier's tracking system. That means even though your package has already shipped and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more.

What happens if my package is lost?

If your package is lost in the mail contact the USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) with your tracking number to run a trace on your package.

If the USPS confirms that they have lost your package contact us about your order by clicking here.

Upon receipt of confirmation of lost package, Janelle Beauty will re-ship your package at no additional charge to you.
