Returns & Exchanges:

Janelle Beauty stands 100% behind every product we sell. In the case our products does not give you the results that you were expecting or you are un-satisfied for any reason, we will exchange or refund your credit card minus shipping charges within 30 days of your order*. When returning items please make sure your package is accompanied by the following:

  • The original Sales receipt
  • A Return Authorization number (RMA)
  • All original packaging and items

How to Return Your Order:

  1. Visit our order tracking and information center by clicking here
  2. Contact support by filling out the form and requesting a RMA number. Please state the reason for your return
  3. A Janelle Beauty support representative will contact you via email with your RMA number and instructions on where to mail your product.
  4. Once your product is received we will issue you a refund for the product cost (minus shipping charges)
  5. Only returns that follow this procedure will be accepted.

Please note:

Individual products purchased as part of a set cannot be exchanged (the entire set must be returned). erd Party producst canoot be returned or exchanged. Only Janell Beauty products can be exchanged or returned.

It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.

We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping costs.

Janelle Beauty has the right to refuse any return for any reason without prior notice. Packages not returned in the original packaging will not be accepted.

Wholesale or Salon orders are non-refundable.

What happens if I never received my package?

Damaged or Spilled Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, if damage has occurred to the products in your order during shipping, please contact us.

* Return policy effective on orders placed on or after October 6th, 2009.
* There will be a 15% processing fee charged for each retuned order (effective on orders placed
on or after 11/26/2009)
* Janele Beauty reserves the right to change its return policy at anytime.
