Stress Relief Massage Oil

  • 9 oz sweet almond oil

  • 5 drops Roman Chamomile essential oil

  • 10 drops mandarin essential oil

  • 2 drops lavender essential oil


Step 1

Pour all ingredients in a dark glass bottle and shake gently.

Step 2

Massage skin with oil as needed.

*If you are allergic to nuts, try substituting almond oil with sunflower oil

**Essential oils are highly potent and should be used with care. Follow all safety precautions from manufacturer when using essential oils.  Please consult physician before extensive use of essential oils.
