Do your products contain allergens?

Please check the ingredients on each individual product for allergens. Some of our products contain nut derivatives like sweet almond oil. We cannot guarantee that our products are completely free of nuts or nut derivatives that may trigger an allergic response in highly sensitive individuals. Additionally, there are many raw materials from many suppliers used in the manufacture of Janelle Beauty products.

What are your shipping policies?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. For orders under $50, a flat rate shipping fee of $7.95 will be applied. We strive to ship all orders within 3-5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Do your products contain synthetic fragrances or essential oils?

We do not use synthetic fragrances. Instead, we use essential oils. Our signature fragrance-free products help achieve healthier, fuller, and stronger hair without compromising preferred styling options. This includes straight, smooth styles, curly or coily styles, or simply protective styling to promote hair growth.
