Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received and verified.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During high-volume periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order weight.
We currently ship using trusted carriers selected through Shopify. Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Estimated delivery times vary by shipping method and destination. Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.
Janelle Beauty is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping
International shipping availability, rates, and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Janelle Beauty is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged:

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist with a carrier claim where applicable but cannot guarantee replacement or refund.
